If you are going to critique me, please(if you can) read the other hundreds of critiques I have gotten on this photo. The reason why I want this critiqued is to be aware of the things that are wrong- and I have been told the exact same things over and over! If you can find other nitpicky details that are DIFFERENT from what other people are saying, I'd appreciate it much more!
This... took me... forever.
Yeah. Rapunzel... and her pan... I love how she uses it as a weapon.
Also her little scream right after she hits Flynn on the head...

Overall Vision Originality Technique ImpactWe'll do the compliment sandwich critique. Where I'll say something nice, tell you what I think could be improved, and then end with something nice.
The picture is very adorable. Her anatomy is pretty much spot on, and the hair by her head looks nice.
The hair on the ground looks very flat though. And I see that she's stepping on her hair with her left foot. That makes the picture look ...well...odd. I would suggest adding a shadow under her to give the picture some life.
And there's something about her pose that I don't like. I'm not saying it's bad. But maybe you could have her legs be doing something...Like maybe apply more pressure to one of her legs because her hip is sticking out.
Lastly, compared to the rest of the picture, the pan looks very flat. Perhaps a small bit of shine would fix that.
All in all. Great picture. It captures her personality very well.
